Hi Friends!

Happy Spooky Season! The AuSable Inclusion Center is settling into our new program year with some great opportunities to gather, support, and care for one another. This month we’ll be holding our first ever Film Festival! Join us Saturday, October 18th starting at 11 AM for an all day lineup of Halloween/Spooky films! (More information below) We’re looking forward to seeing you there!

We’re also going to be on the road this month, heading to Big Rapids for our semi-annual “LGBTQ+ 101 for Faith Communities and Leaders” workshop on October 11th. This program offers all the basic terminology and general best-practices associated with our “LGBTQ+ 101 for Friends, Families, and Neighbors” workshop, along with discussion of Biblical interpretation, theology, and pastoral needs. Later this month we’ll also be at the Episcopal Diocese of the Great Lakes’ second diocesan convention. Come say “Hi” at our booth and pick up some AuSable Inclusion Center swag!

We’re also kicking off our Sunday Evening Revival series on October 12th with our first Revival service, entitled “Resist Evil.” Join us for an uplifting, encouraging worship service to help strengthen us in the face of adversity, October 12th beginning at 4:30 PM.
